2. File Storage & Privacy

Uploaded files are stored securely on Google Drive, a trusted cloud platform. Files are used only for printing and deleted permanently after your order is completed. We never share your files or personal information outside our service. Google Drive follows strong security and encryption standards to protect your data.

3. Adding Copycut Branding

A small Copycut logo or watermark may appear on printed pages. This shows your prints were made through Copycut and that you are part of our Copycut family. The logo will be non-distracting and will never hide your content.

4. What You Can Upload

Please upload only legal and safe files that belong to you, or documents/materials that do not violate copyright laws. Avoid uploading offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.

5. Payments

Prices are shown clearly before confirming your order. Payments must be made in advance to begin printing. Because printing starts immediately after payment, refunds or reprints are not available. (Please double-check your file before submitting to avoid errors.)

6. Delivery

We do our best to deliver your prints on time. Small delays may occur due to courier services or weather. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and cooperate to resolve the issue.
